So I’ve got good news, bad news, and exciting news. The good news this week? Inside the Jungle is now a video podcast? What does that mean? It means you can now subscribe to an RSS feed that has the video of the live show we record on Wednesday nights. The bad news? Well, this week Google/Youtube decided to act up on us and not record/stream the episode. Bummer. The exciting news? Wednesday marked the 10-year anniversary of the very first podcast episode I ever published. The Tripsleft.com Sports Shorts debuted May 20, 2005. It was the first of over 500 podcast episodes recorded and produced. Here’s to another 10 years! On to the show!
In this week’s show:
We start the program off talking about the new feature of the podcast, a video RSS feed. If you’d like to subscribe to the video RSS, you can find it in iTunes or by clicking the links here. (Subscribe to Video-HD | Subscribe to Video-SD) Unfortunately due to technical issues, episode 195 will NOT have video in the RSS feed.
Anthony, Scott and I discuss the new NFL rule changes regarding the extra point. What are your thoughts? Does this excite you?
Apparently Bengals first round selection Cedric Ogbuehi may begin the 2015 NFL season on the PUP list. Is this good or bad?
To celebrate 10 years of podcast, I played a clip from the very first podcast episode I published 10 years ago. The Tripsleft.com Sports Shorts. Here’s the entire episode if you’re interested in listening! Click here.
Plus we gave our usual shoutouts!
If you have questions about subscribing to the podcast or need assistance downloading the show, please email me at email@example.com, I’ll be more than happy to help. As always we want YOUR feed back so please get in touch!
Don’t forget to join us every Wednesday night for another edition of the Wednesday Night Roundtable, live at 8 PM ET at CincyJungle.com.
