Trying to get three Minor League Baseball broadcasters who are in three different cities, in three different ballparks, CAN be a logistical nightmare. However we’ve got three of the best in the business in Jay Burnham, Eric Little and Mike Passanisi and they’re getting it done for you! We apologize in advance for any technical difficulties with the audio. We would love your feedback though so be sure to email us at feedback@mlrpodcast.com and don’t forget to please leave us a review in the iTunes Store!

Here’s what you’ll get in this episode:

Jay and Mike talk about the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees and their home stadium situation

We should totally get a shirt made that says “Chicks dig the…stolen base?” as Mike and Jay take a stroll down memory lane to the late 80′s when stolen bases were all the rage.

My quick smells like French toast: Billy Hamilton’s a baaaaaaad man on the basepaths (39 steals so far in 2012) and on Friday night, fellow Bakersfield Blaze teammate Tony Cingrani gave up an earned run (GASP!) his ERA is now a whopping 0.78 in 8 starts (46 IP). Blaze radio play-by-play voice Dan Besbris stops by this week to tell us about the Reds Class A affiliate in the Cal League.

Also, Kevin Reichard of Ballpark Digest gives us the inside scoop on all of the stadium projects around MiLB.

If you didn’t catch this last week, here’s Jay’s Trenton Thunder entertaining us all. Call Me Maybe?
